We make all orders fresh. Once we receive your order it will take 3 to 5 days before shipping. If longer than 5 days you will be notified by e-mail. Orders under $10, the shipping fee is $5 with the cold packing material. Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes: Any mailable item sent in a USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate box, regardless of weight (up to a 70 lb. maximum) or destination, costs $9.15. Box dimension is 8" x 11 1/2" x 5 1/2". A Priority Mail Flat Rate could contain up to 7 lbs. of candy – orders over 7 lbs. will be charged an additional box and shipping. Our products require special handling during Warm Weather (April – September) to ensure they arrive to your destination in excellent condition. So for each Priority Mail Flat Rate Box that is shipped during those months an additional $1 will be added to the shipping for reusable cold packs to keep your Candy-Clay-Dough in excellent condition.   Customers often ask what our return policy is.
